Waiting for Brussels sprouts

Processing plants are still processing cauliflowers and broccoli, however their supply is decreasing.

When processing plants finish processing of these vegetables they will begin the purchase of Brussels sprouts, probably after the closest holidays at the beginning of November. Some of plants are going to start the purchase of Brussels sprouts in second decade of November. Last year the purchase of Brussels sprout started already in the third decade of October and then prices of Brussels sprout fluctuated from 0.43 euro/kg in purchasing centres to 0.44 euro/kg in processing plants. At the beginning of November prices were at the same level.
