The price of apples for processing remained stable last week. Near Grójec and Warka prices of industrial apples were 0.80-0.85 PLN (0.203-0.216 euro)/kg. Near Sandomierz prices of such apples were from 0.75 to 0.80 PLN (0.19-0.203 euro)/kg. Near Opole Lublelskie price was 0.78-0.85 PLN (0.198-0.216 euro)/kg. In wielkopolskie province price of industrial apples was 0.85-0.87 PLN (0.216-0.221 euro)/kg.
Export of apples was very low. The purchase prices of apples intended for export are not satisfactory for producers. Export companies trying to purchase apples increased prices again. Prices were as follows: 1.10-1.20 PLN (0.28-0.30 euro)/kg for 60+, 1.30-1.50 PLN (0.33-0.38 euro)/kg for 70+, 1.50-1.60 PLN (0.38-0.41 euro)/kg for 75 +, 1.60-1.70 PLN (0.41-0.43 euro)/kg for size 80 +. Purchase price of Gala and Golden delicious was 1.80 PLN (0.46 euro)/kg for 70+ and 1.60 PLN (0.41 euro)/kg for Gala 60 +.
The purchase price of pears for export remained stable last week. The price of Conference was from 2.00 (0.50 euro)/kg for size 50+ to 2.50-2.70 PLN (0.63-0.68 euro)/kg for size 65+. Price of Lucas was 2.00-2.20 PLN (0.50-0.56 euro)/kg for size 55+/60+ and 2.50 PLN (0.63 euro)/kg for 65 +.
Price of table grapes imported from Italy increased to 45-50 PLN (11.42- 12.69 euro)/7 kg. Price of white seedless grapes imported from Turkey was stable at the level 6.00-7.00 PLN (1.51-1.76 euro)/kg.
Prices of citruses remained stable. Prices of lemons from Spain and Turkey were 3.80 PLN (0.96 euro)/kg and 3.20 PLN (0.81 euro)/kg adequately.
Price of oranges imported from Spain was 4.00-4.20 PLN (1.00-1.06 euro)/kg. Prices of Spanish mandarins were 3.80-4.80 PLN (0.96-1.22 euro)/kg depending on size and quality. The price of grapefruit imported from Israel was 4.38 PLN (1.11 euro)/kg for red and 4.67 PLN (1.18 euro)/kg for white. Price of grapefruit from Turkey decreased to 4.00 PLN (1.00 euro)/kg.
Prices of bananas remained stable 3.00-3.06 PLN (0.76-0.77 euro)/kg.
