What are the prices of root vegetables on the wholesale market in Łódź Province in Poland?

Parsley is also in demand, but this is mainly due to the low availability of this vegetable, especially of good quality. It is worse with celery and worse with beetroot. The latter remain quite cheap for a dry season, and the demand for them is limited.
