White headed cabbages – what will happen in the future?

This year there are huge amounts of early white headed cabbages on the market. Prices of white headed cabbages have been staying at low level for a long time and demand is still low.

On Tuesday, September 2nd price of headed cabbages was about 0.06 EUR/kg. But one can hear some opinions that because of big early planting of headed cabbages, crops of cabbages of late planting could be lower than last year. If such situation occurs it will influence prices of cabbages in later period.
