Expensive parsnips in Poland.

Root vegetable yields this year were significantly lower than those of the previous year. Parsnip is no exception. Therefore, it is not surprising that its wholesale prices are much higher than the average for this phase of the season. All the more so because, as we know, they are correlated with parsley prices, and these prices have been breaking records since the beginning of the current season.

The demand for parsnips is also conducive to its high prices. It is high both on the fresh market and in the processing industry. Of course, this is largely due to the falsification of parsley, which is very profitable in such "expensive" seasons. But not only that.
