Cucumbers for pickling

In łódzkie province purchase price of cucumbers for pickling (6-9 cm) bought by trading companies which deliver cucumbers to the plants are 0.56 EUR/kg. This year purchase prices are higher by about 0.09 EUR/kg than last year.

According to GUS estimates the crops of field cucumbers will amount to 275 thousand ton this year, i.e. by 6 % less than in 2007.
