Further decrease in prices of greenhouse cucumbers and tomatoes

At the end of April prices of Polish greenhouse vegetables again decreased. On Friday, April 30, the price of tomatoes size B was 24 PLN (6.15 €)/6 kg, and the prize of tomatoes size BB was 26-28 PLN (6.67-7.18 €)/6 kg.  Bigger supply of cucumbers also resulted in price decrease. On the wholesale market in Bronisze the price of short cucumbers was 2.80 PLN (0.72 €)/kg and the price of long cucumbers was from 2.50 PLN (0.64 €)/kg.
