Gala and Golden Delicious more expensive

Gala and Golden Delicious are one of the most appreciated varieties by Russian consumers. Prices of these apples are higher than other exported varieties like Shampion, Gloster, Jonagold or Jonagored.

At the moment in trading companies the purchase price of Gala is 1.50-1.60 PLN (0.37-0.40 euro)/kg for 65 + and 1.60-1.80 PLN (0.40-0.45 euro)/kg for 70 +. Golden Delicious has the same price.
