Imported carrots competitive to Polish ones

On the Polish market it is difficult to buy domestic carrots of good quality. The wholesale price of imported carrot which is competitive to Polish ones is about 1.10 PLN (0.24 euro)/kg.

The price of Polish carrot is by 0.30-0.40 PLN (0.07-0.09 euro)/kg higher. The purchase price of domestic carrots are fluctuating from 0.70 PLN (0.15 euro)/kg in the south of Poland to 1.40 PLN (0.30 euro)/kg in the north-east Poland.
