Imported cucumbers still cheaper than Polish ones

On Wednesday, 18 March the price of long cucumbers imported from Spain was 25 PLN (5.59 euro)/4.5 kg, i.e. 5.55 PLN (1.24 euro)kg.

It means that imported cucumbers still remain cheaper than domestic ones. On Wednesday the price of Polish cucumbers was 7 – 9 PLN (1.56-2.01 euro)/kg. It is sill considerable difference in prices. However on the market there will be more and more domestic cucumbers and of course they will be more competitive to the imported ones.
