Imported sweet pepper still expensive

Prices of imported sweet pepper grew once again and it was quite huge increase. During last two weeks prices of red sweet pepper from Netherlands increased by around 15 PLN (3.61 €)/5 kg box. On Wednesday, June 30, on the wholesale market in Bronisze price of such pepper was 54-60 PLN (13.00-14.46 €)/5 kg. Price of imported green pepper was 50 PLN (12.05 €)/5 kg. The supply of Polish green pepper is already quite high and on Wednesday its price was 12.50-13.50 PLN (3.00-3.25 €)/5 kg.
