Increase in prices of imported cucumbers

Prices of imported cucumbers much increased week-on-week. On Monday, February 8, on the wholesale market in Bronisze the price of long cucumbers imported from Spain was 35 PLN (8.56 €)/4,5 kg i.e. by about 5 PLN (1.22 €) per box more than a week before.

On the market of imported vegetables one can observe an upward trend in prices. It is a result bigger demand as well bad weather condition.
