Increase in tomatoes prices

Prices of tomatoes increased again and they were higher by about 5 PLN (1.21 €)/box than last week. On Monday, June 28 the wholesale price of B tomatoes was 25 PLN (6.08 €)/6 kg while last week it was 19 PLN (4.62 €)/kg. The price of BB tomatoes was 27 PLN (6.57 €)/kg (22 PLN (5.35 €) last week). Demand for tomatoes is still high and the supply is not sufficient due to weather condition. However experts do not predict further increase in prices.
