Leeks- higher supply did not stop price increase

The supply of leeks increased last days. However higher supply did not stop increase in their prices. On Tuesday, price of domestic leeks was from 2.20-2.50 PLN (0.55-0.62 euro)/kg to 2.50-3.00 PLN (0.62-0.75 euro)/kg in central Poland. Prices of leeks imported from Belgium and Holland also increased to 4.00-5.20 PLN (1.00-1.30 euro)/kg.
