Lower demand for Polish tomatoes

At the end of last week one could observe the slight decrease in prices of greenhouse tomatoes. On Friday, October 23 the price of B size tomatoes was 2.42 PLN (0.58 euro)/kg and the price of BB tomatoes was 2.67 PLN (0.64 euro)/kg.

Price decrease was the result of lower demand for Polish tomatoes in west Europe. On those markets there are bigger supply of tomatoes from Spain and Morocco.
