More lettuce - does it influence prices?

Better weather before Easter influenced market of lettuce. At this time of season raise of supply of lettuce is normal but not as dynamic as currently. Market prefers slow changes.

Dynamic increase in supply caused price drop. On te wholesale markets and purchase points as well prices of lettuce decreased significantly. Currently purchase points are offering prices at the level of PLN 0.60 - 0.80 / piece. On the local wholesale markets situation is diverse. In Cracow and Kalisz lettuce costs PLN 0.80 - 0.90 / piece. On the wholesale market in Bronisze prices start from PLN 0.90 / piece and come to PLN 2.00 / piece. In Sandomierz buyers have to pay between PLN 1.00 - 1.30 / piece.
