Poland: further growth in tomatoes prices

From a few weeks one can observe an upward trend in prices of imported tomatoes.

Only at the beginning of this week the price of the most popular tomatoes of size G (BB) was below 38 PLN (9.24 euro)/carton of 6 kg, however currently thier price is already higher by about 15 %.

On Thursday, Janury 7th on the wholesale market in Bronisze the price of tomatoes was 44 PLN (10.70 euro)/carton of 6 kg.
