Poland: growing demand for onion

In the wholesale market the demand for onion is growing. Onion producers receive more and more requests and offers.

Currently onion is one of domestic vegetables in the biggest demand what results in its prices. On Tuesday, January 12 the price of onions was from 0.55 PLN (0.13 euro)/kg to even 0.80 PLN (0.19 euro)/kg depending on the area of Poland.
