Poland: growing demand for onion

As we already informed the demand for onion is growing rapidly and Polish onion is in demand also on eastern markets, mainly Ukrainian market.

Currently, Polish onion is also exported to Bulgaria. This growing demand has already resulted in increasing prices. On Thursday, November 12, the most often wholesale price of onion was 0.50 PLN (0.12 euro)/kg.
