Poland: growing prices of cucumbers

The prices of greenhouses cucumbers are still increasing and they are higher and higher than prices in September.

Due to worsening weather, the supply of cucumbers is much lower. On Thursday, October 8, the price of long cucumbers increased to 2.00 – 2.60 PLN (0.47-0.61 euro)/kg and the price of short cucumbers to 3.00 – 3.50 PLN (0.71-0.82 euro)/kg.
