Poland: high prices of greenhouse cucumbers

The season of cucumbers harvest is slowly ending. This year’s crops of greenhouse cucumbers are low and on the market there is still lack of these vegetables.

As a result their prices are still increasing. On Friday, August 28 prices of short cucumbers fluctuated from 2 PLN/kg to 3.50 PLN/kg depending on the area of Poland.
