Poland: increase in prices of greenhouse cucumbers

The harvest of field-grown cucumbers has finished. The sunny weather has also finished what resulted in increase in prices of greenhouse cucumbers and one can expect further upward trend in prices.

On Tuesday, September 29, prices of short cucumbers rose to 2.00 - 2.60 PLN (0.48-0.62 euro)/kg and prices of long cucumbers - to 2.00 PLN (0.48 euro)/kg.
