Poland: stable prices of domestic tomatoes

The supply of domestic tomatoes is still decreasing but prices remain rather stable. Some producers have already finished the season and they are selling the last tomatoes.

In such cases prices can be relatively low, but the quality of such tomatoes can be rather poor. The prices of good quality tomatoes are higher. On Monday, November 16, in mazowieckie province the price of good quality tomatoes size B was 14 - 15 PLN (3.41-3.66 euro)/carton 6 kg and to 20 PLN (4.87 euro)/carton 6 kg for tomatoes BB - slightly more than a week earlier.
