Poland: stable prices of tomatoes, cucumbers went up

Monday, December 28th passed calmly on the wholesale markets. As for imported vegetables, prices of tomatoes and sweet peppers remained stable.

Prices of these vegetables much increased before Christmas. The price of Spanish tomatoes was to 37 PLN (8.89 euro)/6 kg and the price of red pepper was 32 PLN (7.69 euro)/5 kg.

On the contrary price of cucumbers on the wholsale market in Bronisze increased to 32 PLN (7.69 euro)/4,5 kg and it was by 4.00 PLN (0.96 euro) higher than last week.
