Poland: upward trend in prices of tomatoes

At the beginning of the week prices of tomatoes increased again. On Friday, October 3 the price of B tomatoes was to 17 PLN (4.00 euro)/carton 6 kg. On Monday, October 5 the price was 18 PLN (4.23 euro)/box.

As regards BB tomatoes, their price at the end of last week exceed 20 PLN (4.71 euro)/carton. On Monday, October 5 the price reached even 26 PLN (6.12 euro)/carton.
