Prices of export apples higher again

The purchase prices of apples intended for export are not satisfactory for producers. But export companies are in difficult situation. They could pay more for apples but foreign recipients do not want to hear about higher prices. But trading companies must increase prices if they want to buy product in situation of very low supply. As a result the purchase prices again slightly increased and for example price of the smallest apples (60+) is 1.10-1.20 PLN (0.28-0.30 euro)/kg at the moment. Only prices of Golden Delicious and Gala remained stable – 1.80 PLN (0.46 euro)/kg for size 70+ and 1.60 PLN (0.41 euro/kg for Gala size 60 +.
