Producers disappointed with apples prices

Before this year season, producers thought that prices of dessert apples as well as apples for processing were high due to low expected harvest. Unfortunately prices of industrial apples are much lower than producers expectations.  In mazowieckie and łódzkie provinces purchase prices of industrial apples are 0.22-0.24 PLN (0.055-0.06 €)/kg. Some companies buy apples at price 0.26 PLN (0.065 €)/kg. In the area of Sandomierz prices of industrial apples are a little bit higher – 0.25-0.26 PLN (0.062-0.065 €)/kg
