Purchase price of blackberries

In lubelskie province purchase price of blackberries (mainly of forest varieties) delivered to the plant is about 0.62 EUR/kg, by 0.03 EUR/kg less than last week.

This year price decreased twice in comparison with that of last year. Processing plants buy more and more blackberries for deep-freezing. Deep-frozen blackberries are added as an ingredient to ice-cream, cakes and yoghurts.
