Season of Spanish peaches ends

Last peaches and nectarines from Spain have been imported to Poland last week. Poor quality excluded possibility of further sale and due to this wholesalers were forecd to sell products at the purchase price and finish trade.

Peaches from Spain could be purchased at price of 20 PLN / 7 kg carton (2.86 PLN/kg).

Currently importers offer only Spanish plums at price of 22.00 - 26.00 PLN/ 5 kg carton (4.40 - 5.20 PLN/kg). Peaches and nectarines are still available only in some supermarkets however not long. Customers are afraid of fruits of poor quality.
