Stable prices of cucumbers

Price of good quality cucumbers is 1.50-2.00 PLN (0.36-0.48 euro)/kg depending on region of Poland. Taking into account extremely low prices in June, current price level is quite reasonable. However this price does not result from bigger demand but rather lower supply because many producers stopped cultivate cucumbers during crisis.
