Supply of Polish aubergines grows

On the local market there are more and more Polish aubergines, mainly from south-east Poland. However in one week one can expect bigger supply of this vegetable from big production area near Przytyk (central Poland). And then prices will decrease but at the moment price of Polish aubergines remains at the level 5.00-8.00 PLN (1.22-1.95 €)/kg. On the market there is still big supply of Spanish aubergines and their price is 6.00-8.00 PLN (1.46-1.95 €)/kg.
