Bronisze – prices of sweet cherry

The supply of sweet cherry on the Bronisze wholesale market increased significantly last week. There are mainly imported fruits, however it is possible to buy Polish Rivan. Fruits are small and quite bright but I doesn’t mean that cherry is cheap. Producers sell it at the price 8.00 – 10.00 PLN/ kg (depending on quality). At the same time year before Rivan cost from 6.00 to 9.00 PLN/ kg.

Apart from domestic sweet cherry also imported fruits are available. Their price is much higher – 17.00 - 20.00 PLN/kg. Unfortunately it isn’t known where they are from.

Sweet cherry imported from Spain are being sold in markets at the price 40.00 up to 55.00 PLN/ 2 kg (20.00 – 27.50 PLN/kg).
