Cultivated mushrooms: lower supply, higher prices

Companies exporting fresh cultivated mushrooms signalled that there were less cultivations of these mushrooms and it resulted in lower supply.

That’s why prices of cultivated mushrooms intended for export are rising, both these ones intended for western countries, as well as for Russia. In Śląsk, Mazowsze and Podlasie regions purchase prices of mushrooms intended for export to Western Europe countries fluctuate from 1.27 to 1.39 EUR/kg. Purchase prices of the cultivated mushrooms intended for Russian market are even to 1.51 EUR/kg.
