Further decrease in mushrooms prices

Prices of mushrooms are further decreasing. In małopolskie province the purchase prices of mushrooms in companies delivering them for retails decreased by about 0.10 - 0.13 euro/kg to 1.06 – 1.09 euro/kg (1st class, size 4 - 6 cm, in plastic boxes of 3 kg).

In podlaskie province the purchase prices of mushrooms decreased by about 0.21 - 0.23 euro/kg to 0.91 – 0.93 euro/kg. Last year at the same time the average purchase prices were about 1.17 euro/kg. Traders are saying about reducing demand from Germany - the most important recipient of mushrooms from Poland.
