Prices of cultivated mushrooms slightly increased

In małopolskie province the purchase prices of cultivated mushrooms increased by about 0.03 EUR/kg to 1.85 – 1.91 EUR/kg (size 4-6 cm, in boxes of 3 kg) in comparison with prices of last week.

In podkarpackie province purchase prices of cultivated mushrooms are lower and are 1.62 EUR/kg (size 4-6 cm, in boxes of 3 kg). In the second half of October one can expect the decline in prices as a result of the increased supply of mushrooms.
