Prices of wild mushrooms

The harvests of wild mushrooms are still lasting. Picking of wild mushrooms is the opportunity for extra money for many farmers.

The current season is good as regards volume of mushrooms and period of harvest. Last year at the same time there were not wild mushrooms on the market. At present on wholesale markets in wielkopolskie province prices of chanterelle are 6.06 – 6.34 euro/kg. Prices of boletus are higher 6.89 – 7.16 euro/kg. Xerocomus is the cheapest (1.38 – 2.07euro/kg).
